Andrew Wee

Andrew is enjoying the rewards of his 40 years in commerce and industry, including spending 5 years in a senior position in the government business development agency.

Andrew enjoys travelling to different countries and experiencing the local culture. Andrew enjoys mentoring and guiding by sharing his multi-disciplinary skills and knowledge with the younger generation in the team.

Jarrod Wee

Managing Director | Business and Finance Consultant

Jarrod joined Feros Wee as a cadet. After graduating from Charles Darwin University, he decided for a change of pace into the Building and Construction Industry. The break had allowed him to discover his true passion of accounting and returned to his career 3 years later.

Jarrod was appointed to his present position in 2009 after 15 years as a professional practicing accountant in the firm. Knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful Jarrod enjoys helping his clients taking their business to the next level. He also enjoys mentoring and leading his staff to be their very best.

A born and bred, proud Territorian, you will find Jarrod watching a great game of rugby with his mates or out on his boat happily fishing in his spare time.

Melissa Pastrikos

Administrative and Business support.

Melissa has worked with Feros Wee since 2012. Melissa has completed her Advanced Diploma in Business Marketing and Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Utilising her knowledge gained from her studies and life in Victoria for 18 years Melissa strives to ensure the marketing aspects of Feros Wee remains current and aligned with the company’s vision whilst also providing business support to the staff at Feros Wee.

In her spare time Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, doing pilates, cooking and planning her next holiday adventure.

Ampikai Sivakaanthan

Senior Analyst

Ampikai joined Feros Wee in 2011 and is a long-standing employee of Feros Wee. Ampikai is a hardworker, helpful, and diligent in her approach to her work.

Ampikai succesfully completed her Master’s in professional accounting in 2009 and her interests lies in rental properties and small/medium sized businesses enterprises.

Ampikai fills her spare time with creative energy by playing the piano which she dearly loves and writing and directing children's plays. Ampikai also volunteers her spare time as the music coordinator for a religious organisation and helps to coordinate regular fundraising events.

Shilpa Pradhan Shrestha

Administrative Officer

Shilpa joined Feros Wee in 2021. Shilpa successfully completed her Master of Business Administration (Professional Practice) in 2020 from Charles Darwin University.

Shilpa oversees daily procedures of administration including accounts payable and receivables. Shilpa likes to connect with people and is determined to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

During her spare time, Shilpa enjoys watching different genres of movies & cooking for her family.

Vincent Quijano

Analyst Trainee

Vincent joined Feros Wee in 2022 as a trainee accountant. His passion for accounting began in Darwin High School when he took accounting as an elective.

Vincent pursued his interest in accounting and completed a bachelor’s degree at Charles Darwin University. Vincent plans to complete a CPA in the near future.

In his spare time he enjoys keeping up to date with the advancement and drama of playing video games and its technology. Vincent indulges in listening to a wide selection of music genres.
